Frequently Asked Questions
How many photos should I stage?
For most apartments and homes, we recommend minimum 10 photos. Our customers see the most success with the following:
- 2 photos of the living room from opposite sides
- 2 photos of the master bedroom
- 2 photos of the second bedroom
- Landing
- Dining
- Kitchen
- Patio/Deck
For bigger properties or new builds / show houses we suggest to use more photos.
Can you take photos of my property?
Absolutely! We would love to get your property photographed! We can provide affordable business, high-end interior and exterior property photography for Estate Agents, Private Customers, Property Developers, Builders, Architects and Interior Designers. Providing affordable, high-end photography at competitive prices with a focus on quality.
What is the delivery time of my staged photos?
Our standard turnaround time is 1-3 business days upon receiving your images and clear instruction to proceed. Please note that in the very rare cases, it could take slightly longer, especially with complex properties/staging. However, should this be the case, we will be in touch just to keep you updated.
Can I request structural amendments to be made?
Unfortunately not. We cannot alter/ add/ remove windows, walls, sheds etc. This would be illegal and it is an offence for a business to make false claims about products, services or prices. The main law covering advertising in Ireland is the Consumer Protection Act 2007. This protects consumers from misleading or false advertising.
Can I request changes if I am not happy with final results ?
Absolutely, 2 revisions are included at no charge. Additional revisions are charged at €25 per one revision. Please note that if you decide to change a furniture style or change a photo to a different one, we will need to start over and there is a charge as per new photo. (€52 charge per or additional new photo).
Are you charging per photo or per room?
We charge per each individual photo that you send to us or per photo taken by us.
We will add furniture items to all rooms and areas that can be seen in a standard photograph. Sometimes you may have multiple rooms in one photo. For example a living/dining or kitchen with dining area shown in one photo would count as one photo.
Above excludes panoramas or stitched photos and they are charged separately.
Can you stage commercial properties?
Absolutely! we can stage commercial properties as well, in this case we charge extra 30%

[1] Pricing: Prices are for Dublin City and surrounding areas up to 20 km. Travel charges may apply outside of this area. All prices are subject to VAT 23%.
[2] Payment: Payment is due before images are available for download. Unfortunately we cannot accept cash.
[3] Bad Weather: In the case of rainy / inclement weather, we can shoot your property’s interior, but you may want to reschedule your shoot. It’s no charge to reschedule a shoot due to inclement weather, but if we have to return at a later time for additional shots, then additional charges will apply.
[4] Cancellation: If you need to cancel your shoot, please give us a couple days advance notice. If you cancel last minute, are late to the property, or a no-show, we are kindly asking to avoid this kind of situation. We understand things come up, but please consider our schedule.
[5] Copyrights: You can use the images we provide for just about anything in relation to your business. If you need the images to be exclusive where we couldn’t also use them to promote our business, then an added fee may apply. You are allowed to use the images for your own website / property listing or advertising your business. Any usage by third party is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by Abdone Studio.
